The first page · initial enquiry
Begin with the people, the change and the important date.
Send enough context for Haq to understand and route the request—not the entire evidence file. Do not include confidential or highly sensitive documents at this stage.
Whether the request concerns a business, you or your family, and who else is involved.
The agreement, event, proposal or concern that now requires attention.
Any approaching signature, payment, meeting, filing, hearing or other deadline.
What you need to understand, protect, negotiate, recover or resolve.
Initial enquiry · 01–06
Send a short initial enquiry.
Choose the broad context and legal area. Haq will not treat the enquiry as an accepted instruction unless that is confirmed separately in writing.
After submission
Receipt is not acceptance. No professional engagement has begun.
If the enquiry is stored successfully, the website displays a reference. Haq can then assess the broad subject, potential conflicts and whether an appropriate legal capability and intake route can be confirmed.
The website records the routing information and returns a reference when storage succeeds.
The request may be reviewed for subject, conflicts and the kind of legal work it appears to require.
Haq confirms separately whether the request can proceed and which records or conversation are needed next.
Any work, limitations, responsibility and fee basis are agreed before substantive work begins.
Before sending
Keep sensitive evidence outside the first page.
Original identity, banking or ownership documents, passwords, full evidence archives or communications you consider confidential or legally protected.
An automated receipt, reference number or initial conversation does not mean the request has been accepted.
If a legal or procedural date may apply, seek appropriate advice promptly and do not rely on this form to protect it.
General intake notice. The form is for routing an initial request. It is not an emergency service, legal advice or confirmation of an accepted engagement.
