From first contact to named responsibility
An enquiry is routed first. Responsibility is confirmed only if Haq accepts the work.
Begin with the broad legal area, the people or entities involved, the decision needed and any approaching date.
Do not send sensitive evidence at this stage. Wait until Haq confirms a suitable channel for the matter.
