Haq Legal Consultancy Institution · Egypt
Every matter leaves a record. Haq turns it into a decision.
Haq is an Egyptian legal consultancy institution for businesses and private clients. The route begins with three facts: who is involved, what must be decided and when.
Go to the initial enquiry- Business record
- Objective, authority, source record and timing.
- Private record
- People, chronology, available records and the question ahead.
01 · Establish the first record
Before advice, establish what is known.
A useful first account does not need every document. It identifies the parties, the person able to act, the source record and the next date that matters.
- Parties
- The people or entities connected to the matter.
- Authority
- The person able to instruct, approve or sign.
- Source record
- The agreement, message or document already available.
- Timing
- The next date that could affect the available route.
02 · Isolate the legal question
The facts describe the situation. The question defines the work.
The same record can raise different questions. State what is known, identify what may need legal examination and keep both separate from work not yet accepted.
- Known facts
- The events and records that can be described without assumption.
- Question
- The point that may require legal examination.
- Possible scope
- If work is proposed: the task, deliverable and limits to be confirmed.
- Status
- An enquiry is not acceptance of a matter or confirmation of professional work.
03 · Business decisions
A company decision must connect objective, authority and obligation.
For a business enquiry, identify the proposed action, who may authorise it, which record governs the position and the date that could alter the next step.
Follow the business decision route- Objective
- What should be approved, signed, changed, enforced or resolved?
- Authority
- Which owner, director, delegate or signatory may act?
- Obligation
- Which governance record, agreement or communication governs the position?
- Timing
- Which approval, performance, notice or response date matters?
04 · Private decisions
A private matter needs a chronology before a conclusion.
Names alone do not explain a private matter. Set out the relationship, the earlier position, what changed and the question now needing attention.
Follow the private-client route- People
- Who is involved, and how are they connected?
- Earlier position
- What was understood or in place before the change?
- What changed
- Which events followed, and in what order?
- Available record
- Which agreement, message or document is already available?
- Immediate question
- What needs to be understood or decided now?
05 · Working discipline
Facts. Question. Scope. Action.
A usable record keeps these four stages distinct. Each answers a different question before professional work or a next step is confirmed.
Review the service dossiers- Facts
- What can the available record support now?
- Question
- What point may require legal examination?
- Scope
- What task, deliverable and limit would need written confirmation?
- Action
- What decision, document or communication may follow?
06 · Named responsibility
Dr Mohamed Ali Saber
The Co-Founder record begins with what is verified for publication: identity, role and institution.
Read the verified founder record- Name
- Dr Mohamed Ali Saber.
- Published role
- Co-Founder.
- Institution
- Haq Legal Consultancy Institution.
07 · Legal thinking
Preparation starts by asking the record better questions.
The preparation library is organised around the decisions that bring people to legal counsel—not around abstract legal labels.
Read the preparation notes- Agreements
- Who are the parties? Who signed? What must happen, and by when?
- Company decisions
- Who may decide? Which approval or record supports the action?
- Disputes
- What happened first? What followed? Which notice or response date matters?
- Private matters
- Who is involved? What changed? What needs to be understood now?
08 · Initial enquiry
Send the first facts. Keep the full file outside the form.
Use the first form for a short, non-sensitive outline only. Do not send confidential evidence or the full document file unless Haq has confirmed a channel for the matter.
Prepare the initial enquiry- Route
- Is this for a business or a private client?
- People
- Who is involved, described without sensitive detail?
- Decision or change
- What happened, or what is proposed?
- Date
- Which date may affect the next step?
- Acceptance
- Submitting the form does not create a professional relationship or confirm acceptance of the matter.
